Yogi Clo’s wellness journey began with gymnastics and contemporary dance in London. She discovered yoga after years in a demanding desk bound job which led to crippling back and shoulder pain and stress related illnesses. After 12 years of practice, in 2014 Clo completed her 200 hours yoga teacher training certificate in Ashtanga, Vinyasa and Rocket and in 2016 she completed a further 100 hours YTT in Yin Yoga and Acupressure. Clo is also a certified Reiki Master.
Clo teaches a yin-vinyasa mixed yoga class. Her teaching style focuses on using the breath as a movement meditation and her class is tailored to suit her students’ level of capability and experience. Clo’s yoga classes regularly end with a short head and neck massage during the final resting pose, savasana. This gentle, soothing massage is based on acupressure principles and it has been a highlight of the class for her clients.
Clo finds joy in inspiring people from all backgrounds through their own wellness journey and towards long term good health. Through her challenges, Clo has developed a keen interest and expertise in nutrition, meditation, wellness and natural cosmetics, all of which informs her daily practice and outlook in life.
