The Group provides construction related supply and install systems and after sales service for equipment supplied. We directly employ and continuously train specialist engineers, technicians and tradesmen, maintaining continuity and quality control. Service Crews provide preventative maintenance and repair service to customer owned AC, elevators, generators, building management, medical and conference systems.

 

Our story begins in 1967, with Cranbrook Electrical Ltd. making its mark in the construction industry with major electrical and elevator installations and modernisations. Cranbrook’s offerings include: Building Management Systems, service and goods elevators, escalators and moving walks.

< br>Arel Ltd. first opened its doors in 1968, offering mechanical contractor services and Air Conditioning systems with a focus on larger applications. Customised solutions include: Packaged Units, Air and Water Cooled Chillers, and Mini-Split DC Inverters.

 

LHS Communications, the electronic arm of the Group, began installation and service of medical systems (including X Ray, Ultrasound, CT & MRI, Patient Monitoring & Anesthesia), broadcast studio equipment and large conference systems in 1972.

 

Since 1981 the Group has operated as one company. Industry and client demand allow Arel Ltd. and its subsidiaries to offer complementary trades.
