The Jamaica Fire Brigade Hanover Division, located at Cressys Lane in Lucea, provides essential emergency services including firefighting, rescue operations, and emergency medical response. As part of the national Jamaica Fire Brigade, the Hanover station responds to fires, road traffic accidents, hazardous incidents, and natural disasters throughout Hanover Parish and surrounding areas.

 

The station also collaborates with Jamaica’s Emergency Medical Services system to deliver pre-hospital care, assisting victims of trauma, accidents, and medical emergencies.

 

Operating 24 hours a day, the Hanover Fire Station plays a critical role in protecting lives and property, conducting fire prevention inspections, and providing emergency response services to the community.
