Founded in 1985, Westech is the brainchild of four classmates from the citadel of sound scientific exposure, Cornwall College in Montego Bay. The company is currently operated by three of those founding directors namely: Desmond Flowers, Audley Merchant and Donald Daley. All three directors grew up in the Montego Bay area and all reside in Montego Bay. This means, Westech has emerged as the product of dedicated vision and tradition.

 

The company specializes in the following engineering services: civil, structural, electrical and mechanical, as well as project supervision. The directors are fully committed to the development of Jamaica in general and, in particular the western region, and have been playing their respective roles in this mission over the years.

 

All three directors are Registered Engineers with the Professional Engineers Registration Board and are all members of the Jamaica Institution of Engineers as well.
